What I can help you review
I’m moving away from ongoing website builds and managed marketing work. You’re welcome to email about consultancy. I consider selected hands-on projects where the scope and availability are a good fit.
Website builds, monthly SEO packages and hosting or maintenance plans are no longer offered as standard packages.
Consultancy day rate: £500
You pay £250 in advance and £250 when I finish each day.
A day covers eight full hours of work, with breaks on top. The total is £500, with no VAT added.
We’ll agree what you need and how many days it will take by email before I start. If you’d like me to carry out any of the changes, we’ll agree that separately.
How it works
- Email your brief. Tell me what you’re working on and what you want to achieve.
- Agree the work. I’ll confirm availability, the scope and the number of consultancy days by email.
- Get a plan you can use. Receive the agreed review and written recommendations, with any further work agreed separately.
Cancellation and refunds
We’ll agree the work, dates and number of days by email before I start. A full day is eight working hours, excluding breaks, at £500 with no VAT added. You pay £250 in advance and £250 when each day is completed.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Email info@targetgrow.co.uk if you need to change a date or cancel. If I haven’t started the agreed work, I’ll refund your advance payment in full. There’s no separate cancellation fee. If you’d prefer another date, we can move your payment to a new date we both agree.
If you cancel after work has started, you’ll only pay for the work completed up to cancellation, in proportion to the agreed £500 eight-hour day. I’ll explain the calculation by email and refund any unused advance payment. This calculation doesn’t create an hourly booking service.
If I need to cancel
If I cancel before starting, you can choose a full refund or another date. If I can’t complete work already started, I’ll refund the part of your payment that relates to work I haven’t provided and send you anything usable that I’ve completed.
Refunds and concerns
I’ll make refunds within 14 calendar days of your cancellation or our agreement that a refund is due, using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Email info@targetgrow.co.uk if something isn’t right so I can look into it and put it right where appropriate. These terms don’t limit your statutory rights, including rights if the service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill.
If you’re booking as a consumer
If you book by email for purposes mainly outside your trade or business, you normally have 14 days after the day we agree the booking to cancel without giving a reason. Email me to cancel; you don’t have to use a particular form.
I won’t start during that period unless you expressly ask me to by email. If you ask for an early start and then cancel, you pay only for work supplied up to cancellation. You lose the cooling-off right only once the service is fully completed, and only if you expressly agreed to the early start and acknowledged that consequence beforehand.
