Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026.
Target Grow is operated by Mark Minehan, a sole trader. This notice explains how I handle personal information when you use this website or contact me. For privacy questions or requests, email info@targetgrow.co.uk.
Information you send by email
If you email me, I receive your email address, your name if supplied, and the information you choose to include. I use it to answer your enquiry, discuss possible work and provide any services we agree. Please send only what is relevant and avoid sending passwords or other sensitive information.
For enquiries about a potential engagement, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before a contract. For other correspondence, my legitimate interest is responding to relevant enquiries and running the business. Agreed work and related records may also be processed to perform a contract or meet legal obligations.
Website hosting and security
The hosting provider, HostArmada, and the site’s security tools process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information and security events to deliver and protect the website. This supports my legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable, secure site. WordPress, Wordfence and LiteSpeed are used to operate, protect and improve delivery of the site.
YouTube videos and external content
YouTube players are not loaded until you choose “Allow YouTube and load video”. Loading a player connects your browser to YouTube and may allow Google/YouTube to process technical information, viewing activity, cookies and similar technologies for playback, analytics and advertising. You can choose not to load it, or follow the separate link to watch on YouTube.
Your choice is not remembered across page loads. Use “Unload YouTube video” or “Reset video choices” to remove loaded players from the current page. Removing a player does not delete cookies or information YouTube has already received. Manage those in your browser or Google settings.
The tutorial thumbnail images are hosted on this website. Viewing them does not load a YouTube player or request thumbnail images from Google. External links open other services with their own privacy practices. Google may process information outside the UK under its own terms and safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy and this site’s cookie policy.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, I use Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand visits, popular pages and how people find this website. Google receives information about your page visits, browser, device and source of traffic, and uses Analytics cookies to distinguish visits. I do not send the content of email enquiries to Google Analytics. You can reject statistics cookies or withdraw your consent using “Manage consent”; you can still browse the site. See the cookie policy and Google’s information about partner sites. Google may process data outside the UK under its applicable safeguards.
Comments, accounts and marketing
Public comments and visitor account registration are not offered. All enquiries are handled by email. I do not use advertising pixels. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
Who receives information
Information is used by me and, where needed to run the service, by the providers of website hosting, security, email and agreed business tools. I do not sell your enquiry details. Information may be shared where required by law or where necessary to establish or defend legal claims. External services such as YouTube apply their own privacy policies.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept only while it is needed to respond, consider possible work and deal with related follow-up, disputes or legal requirements. If an enquiry does not lead to work and there is no continuing reason to retain it, it is deleted. Client, payment and accounting records may need to be retained longer to meet contractual, tax or other legal obligations. Wordfence is currently configured to keep any Live Traffic records for up to 30 days. Other technical and security records are kept according to their operational purpose and the relevant provider settings. Hosting access logs and email correspondence have separate retention arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request a portable copy where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@targetgrow.co.uk to make a request. I may need proportionate information to confirm your identity.
You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
This notice will be reviewed when the website or the way I handle information changes. The date above identifies the latest update.
